Overview
If your bank details change, you will need to amend it in Stripe and Mirakl.
Note: Once complete, please inform our Support Team as changes to your bank details will, by default cause your payments to be blocked on your store.

Stripe
To update Stripe bank details -
1. Login into your Mirakl account
2. Navigate to My Account > Settings
3. On the Settings page, scroll down to the Stripe Dashboard in the Additional Information section and click on the blue link.
4. Once you have logged into your Stripe dashboard, click into Account. In this page you are able to update the Payout Details section with your new banking details.
Mirakl
To update Mirakl bank details (which appear on your invoices)-
1. Login into your Mirakl account
2. Navigate to My Account > Settings> Bank Account Details and update accordingly
3. Save
Update the Westfield Direct team
Submit a Request to inform our Support Team of this change. By default, any changes made in regard to payments will cause a block to your account payments. This is manually unblocked by our Support Team
