Please ensure that you have completed the New Seller Onboarding Form and all the activities in the Onboarding Steps for your relevant Integration Method.
Overview:
Before submitting a request for a Go-Live Review, it is important that you confirm that you have turned on the sync to Westfield online, so that product flows through in to Mirakl so that our teams are able to review and publish.
Rundown:
Once you are ready to Go-Live on Westfield online, then login to the Integration Management Portal navigate to settings.
In Settings, under Products/Orders you will have two collapsible panels. The first panel is the Source Service (Shopify) Product/Order Sync Settings whilst the second panel is the Destination (Westfield online) Product/Order Sync Settings.
Each panel has a toggle button indicating the sync status.
For both Products/Orders you will want to ensure all toggles are Active. In the example below, you can see Products Sync for Shopify is Active and the Product Sync for Westfield online it is also Active.
After turning on the Syncs, you should then wait 10 minutes before you login to Mirakl and confirm that the imports have been successful by reviewing and managing any product and offer import errors.
Please note that you would expect to receive a "Product does not exist error" on your offer imports for newly created products, as all products first need to be manually approved by one of our team members. This approval will occur after you submit a Go-Live Review.
Please ensure that both the Product and Order Sync Settings are Active before raising a request for a Go-Live Review.
