Please ensure that you have completed the New Seller Onboarding Form and all the activities in the Onboarding Steps for your relevant Integration Method, including Turning on the Sync to Westfield online.
As a New Seller on Westfield online, your store will be reviewed by our team to confirm that you have completed each of the steps required to open your store on Westfield online. If you know you have not completed a step, please raise this in the request.
Please submit a request using the Submit a Request form in the top right hand corner of this Help Centre. Please raise the request My Account (s) or general Enquiry > I want to request a Go-Live Review > Subject as Go-Live Review and include:
- Your Store Name
- Your Preferred Go-Live Date
Our team will then:
- Confirm that you have completed each of the steps required to open your store on Westfield online
- Approve & Publish Your Products
- Open Your Store Front
- And Confirm Your Go-Live
