Overview:
All Sellers on Westfield online, who have created products and offers either via one of the integration methods, or using a manual bulk import file will need to periodically track these imports to understand any errors or issues that may occur to ensure that your complete range of products and offers are listed on Westfield online. Products without a successful offer (price & qty) import will not be displayed for sale on Westfield online and this will affect the performance of your store on Westfield online.
Imported files and reports are kept for 30 days, with a maximum of 250 import files by store.
Rundown:
1. Log on to Mirakl and navigate to My Inventory > Import from File > Track Offer Imports / Track Product Imports
2. Review the import history, and Download the Error report for each import with errors. You will be able to review the Error Messages in the Error Report.
3. Compare the Error Messages with the comprehensive list of Error Messages available in the Mirakl Documentation.
