This is for retailers that already have a running Mirakl store that is linked to Westfield online with existing orders and would like to view a list of refunded orders.
Each week, the Westfield online team will be bundling the returns processed by Westfield online, in accordance with our 14-day returns policy, and sending them to the nominated returns address provided by the Retailer during onboarding. Each returned item will include a packing slip and will be accompanied by a Message in Mirakl with the relevant tracking information.
1. Log on to Mirakl and navigate to My Orders > All Orders.
2. Filter all Orders using the Orders with Refunds filter option. Export the Report to CSV or XLS.
