Overview:
The Westfield Direct (Mirakl) order number is an important identifier and must appear on the parcel when shipped or ready for collection by one of our Westfield Runners. Without this number our team will be unable to identify the order. It is very important that you read the Seller Operational User Manual that was shared with you when signing your Seller Participation Agreement as it details all your requirements for selling on Westfield Direct.
Orders on Mirakl will appear in your Shopify, our team is actively monitoring any order creation errors that will prevent your order appearing in Shopify. The most common reasons is when a Seller changes their Shop SKU. This prevents the successful creation of an order in Shopify, and means that the order will only appear in your Mirakl store. In this case, the order will then automatically reject in 24 hours if it is not accepted manually in Mirakl. Recall, that the Shop SKU needs to remain unique for the life of its use so if you intend to systematically change your SKUs you will need to raise a request in the Seller Support Portal, and work with us to purge your catalogue and import the new Shop SKUs.
Please ensure that the Mirakl order is included on the parcel when it is fulfilled in Shopify. Once an order is fulfilled in Shopify, this will update the status of the order to Shipped in Mirakl and our teams will know it is on its way, if fulfilling from DC, or that it is Ready for Collection by one of our Westfield Runners if fulfilling from a Westfield store.
Depending on your source systems, the Mirakl order number may flow into your existing labelling solution or you may need to manually include this on the parcel. To make it as easy as possible for you to include this number on the label we have made it so that the Mirakl order number will appear in several locations in Shopify:
1. As the Shopify Order Number
2. As an order tag
3. In Order Notes
4. In Additional Details
